1. How can I contact Pet Pooch Boutique?

Please see our contact page. We endeavour to respond to all enquires within 12 hours, however during busier periods please allow upto 24 hours.

2. Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately due to the variety of brands we stock, we do not have catalogues available

3. How will my order be sent? When should I expect to receive my order?

All goods are sent via Royal Mail, UPS or Hermes. If you have special delivery requirements please contact us first on 07796362332 or send us an email to info@petpoochboutique.com

4. What are delivery charges?

All UK orders, delivery is charged at £1.50 for 2nd class and £4.80 for 1st class.
There is an optional Next Day delivery service charged at £8.99 (please note select items are not available on a next day service - this is noted on the product page). Checkout must be made by 12noon Monday-Thursday

International orders excluding bed purchases is charged at £9.99
International orders that include the purchase of beds is charged at £59. Please note due to the size and weight of beds, postage is charged at £90.

5. Can orders be placed from abroad?

Yes, we ship most of our products worldwide.

6. Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes, we can deliver to an alternate address. You will be prompted during checkout as to if you wish to deliver to an alternate address but please note invoices will be sent with the item.

7. How will my order be packaged?

Every item purchased will come in its own appropriate presentation packaging. 

9. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?

If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase from Pet Pooch Boutique please return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with all labels intact. We can only offer you a full refund if the item was purchased online, this will not include refunding of postal charges. Please include your original receipt with the returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

10. How do I pay for my goods?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including AMEX, we also accept Maestro, Switch, Solo and PayPal.

11. When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited at time of purchase.

 
 

13. What is PayPal?

The safer, easier way to pay. Use your debit or credit card without revealing your number. Speed through checkout, no need to enter your address details. Please note you can also pay via debit/credit card without the need to create an account.
